目的:探讨内障丸对多囊卵巢大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡的影响。方法:将60只24日龄雌性SD大鼠随机分为6组,分别为内障丸低剂量组、内障丸中剂量组、内障丸高剂量组、36日模型组、67日模型组和正常对照组。从36日造模成功后开始给药,连续30天。采用TUNEL法检测各组大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞的凋亡情况。结果:内障丸高剂量组大鼠与67日模型组相比卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡明显减少。结论:内障丸可抑制多囊卵巢大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡,改善卵巢功能。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Neofang pills on apoptosis of ovarian granulosa cells in polycystic ovary rats. METHODS: Sixty female SD rats, 24 days old, were randomly divided into 6 groups: the low-dose group of Neizhi Pills, the middle-dose group of Neizhi Pills, the high-dose group of Neizhi Pills, the model group of 36 days, and the model group of 67 days. And normal control group. Dosing began after successful modeling on the 36th for 30 consecutive days. The TUNEL method was used to detect the apoptosis of ovarian granulosa cells in each group. RESULTS: Compared with the 67-day model group, the rats in the high-dose Neizhiwan group had significantly lower apoptosis of the granulosa cells. Conclusion: NeiDao Pill can inhibit ovarian granulosa cell apoptosis and improve ovarian function in polycystic ovary rats.
