为确定利用电导率法推断SF6断路器所用10号航空液压油含水率的基本参数,进行了温度—含水率—电导率三因素实验。通过YX1154B型电导率仪测定不同温度和含水率的实验室模拟油样,着重探讨了温度、含水率对油样电导率的影响。研究结果表明:10号航空液压油的电导率和其含水量、水分存在状态有密切关系,溶解水对电导率的提升贡献较大,乳化现象对电导率有抑制作用;两种水分状态下含水量的提高均会增加油样电导率。在相同温度下,10号航空液压油电导率不符合“含水量越高,电导率越大”的规律。针对10号航空液压油的特点,提出通过电导率推断油样含水率的初步方法,具有良好的应用前景。
In order to determine the basic parameters of the hydraulic conductivity of hydraulic oil used in SF6 circuit breaker by conductivity method, the three factors of temperature - water content - conductivity were tested. The YX1154B conductivity meter was used to measure the temperature and water content of laboratory simulation oil samples. The effects of temperature and water content on the electrical conductivity of oil samples were mainly discussed. The results show that the conductivity of hydraulic oil of No. 10 aviation is closely related to the state of water content and moisture content, the dissolved water contributes more to the improvement of electrical conductivity, and the emulsification has an inhibitory effect on the electrical conductivity. The increase of water will increase the oil conductivity. At the same temperature, No.10 aviation hydraulic conductivity does not meet “The higher the water content, the greater the conductivity ” rule. According to the characteristics of hydraulic oil No. 10, a preliminary method of estimating the water content of oil samples by conductivity is proposed, which has a good prospect of application.
