档案事业的进一步改革发展,对档案宣传工作提出了新的课题、新的要求。近些年来,上海档案部门在全国档案宣传工作方针的正确指导下,调动各种宣传手段,热烈持久地开展档案宣传工作,取得了一定的成效。特别是在积极利用各种新闻传媒,举办多种类型的档案展览等方面有了新的突破,从而进一步提高了社会档案意识,优化了档案工作环境,促进了档案工作更好地为各项事业服务。 (一) 我们要求并倡导运用各种群众喜闻乐见,生动活泼的形式来有效地宣传档案工作,以组织并推进各个层面的宣传活动。但作为市档案局、馆,我们主要通过利用新闻传媒、办好档案刊物、举办档案展览等手段来拓展档案宣传工作。因为这些手段宣传层面较高,组织工作较难,
