著名科学家竺可桢曾提出过“向沙漠进军”,在举国上下“开发西部”的欢呼声中,我们厂家、商家是否也可以考虑“向海洋进军”?我国拥有18000多公里长的海岸线,6500多个海岛,海域自然环境和资源优越,生物种类繁多,是一个很有发展潜力的海洋大国。有人预言:21世纪是海洋的世纪。这话虽有偏激,但作为海域宽广的中国,发展海洋经济无疑是21世纪的一个重要战略举措。今年“两会”期间海南代表提出的关于发展海洋经济的议案,也得到了党和国家领导人的强力关注。“捷足先登”在文学上只是一个成语,但是在商场上却意味着一个商机:21世纪,我们去海洋“淘金”！
