戴启和,号跬步堂主,1955年出生于黑龙江。中国书法家协会会员,中国书画研究院画家,深造于中国国家画院研究生班,师从周韶华导师。作品入选全国第七、八届书法展,全国第二届行划书大展,今日美术馆第二届流行书风大展,中央电视台第二届杏花村汾酒杯书法大赛,书法导报2005年展,山河呼唤——中国国家画院周韶华工作室作品展,盛世宣和——中国书画研究院2007院展等。作品及专题报道见于《人民日报》海外版、《美术》、《中国书画》、《艺谭》、《中国书画报》、《美术报》、《文艺报》、《青海年书法报》、《书画产业报》等媒体。出版有:中国书画世纪经典《当代国画家全集——戴启和卷》、《中国国家画院首届高研班周韶华工作室画家作品戴启和专辑》。
