目前,高校图书馆普遍存在图书馆馆员年龄老化、素质偏低、服务不到位以及图书馆经费短缺等问题。构建和谐高校图书馆,实现高校图书馆的可持续发展,应从以下几方面进行:改变图书馆馆员结构,提高图书馆馆员素质;加强图书馆馆员的道德修养,提高服务质量;拓展图书馆馆员的服务领域,完善服务体系;多渠道融资,解决高校图书馆资金短缺问题;更新高校图书馆硬件设施,改善环境建设;加强高校图书馆的民主管理,创新高校图书馆管理理念。
At present, there are many problems such as the aging of library librarians, low quality, inadequate service and shortage of library funds in university libraries. Constructing a harmonious university library and realizing the sustainable development of the university library should be carried out from the following aspects: changing the structure of the librarian and improving the quality of librarians; strengthening the librarian’s moral cultivation, improving the service quality; Library librarians service areas, improve the service system; multi-channel financing, to solve the problem of shortage of funds in university libraries; to update the university library hardware facilities to improve the environment; strengthen the democratic management of university libraries and innovate the concept of university library management.
