免疫毒素俗称为“生物导弹”,为导向治疗剂的一种类型。其载体为对某一靶细胞和器官具高特异性亲和力的分子,弹头常用某些植物或细菌毒素。由载体将毒素聚集于靶细胞,产生细胞毒作用,而对非靶细胞影响不大,能更有效地用于各种疾病的治疗。在肿瘤、骨髓移植等方面的研究均显示其实用价值。本文简要介绍免疫毒素在寄生虫病治疗方面的研究概况并讨论其应用前景。
Immunotoxins are commonly known as “bio-missiles” and are a type of therapeutic agent. Its carrier is a molecule with a high affinity for a target cell and organ, and some plants or bacterial toxins are commonly used in warheads. Accumulation of toxins by the carrier accumulates in the target cells, producing cytotoxic effects, while having little effect on non-target cells, can be more effectively used for the treatment of various diseases. In the tumor, bone marrow transplantation and other aspects of research have shown its practical value. This article briefly introduces immunotoxins in the treatment of parasitic diseases overview and discuss its application prospects.
