为探讨大学体育课程对培养大学生健康人格的积极作用,在参考大量相关专著、文献资料、科研成果的基础上,采用文献资料法、测量法、实验对比法、数理统计法,在设计、制定人格教育目标,选择教材和课堂教学内容、改进教学方法、创造人格教育环境,确定评价方法,形成人格教育培养体系的基础上,对中南大学、长沙民政学院2000多名大学生进行了利用体育教学促进大学生健康人格发展的为期一年的教学实验。实验结果表明大学体育课程中运用体育人格魅力,在培养大学生竞争精神、合作能力、适应能力、自信心、创新精神、公平、公正、讲诚信等核心人格特征方面具有独特的作用。
In order to explore the positive effect of college physical education curriculum on cultivating college students’ healthy personality, based on a large number of related monographs, documents and scientific research achievements, this paper adopts the methods of documentation, measurement, experimental contrast and mathematical statistics to design and formulate personality Education objectives, the choice of teaching materials and classroom teaching content, improve teaching methods, create a personality education environment, to determine the evaluation method, the formation of personality education system based on the development of the Central South University, Changsha Institute of Home Affairs more than 2,000 college students using physical education to promote college students Healthy personality development of one-year teaching experiment. The experimental results show that the use of physical charisma in college physical education curriculum plays a unique role in cultivating the core personality traits of college students such as competition, cooperation, adaptability, self-confidence, innovation, fairness, justice and honesty.
