研究了快降阀的工作条件,计算出快降阀开启时节流口的液体流量,分析了快降阀节流口的大小对推土机提升系统的影响。通过实验测出快降阀对推土机铲刀提升时间的影响,分析了实验数据中的液压流量关系,为快降阀的设计与改进提供了支持。
The working conditions of the fast reducing valve were studied, the liquid flow rate of the throttling port when the quick lowering valve was opened was calculated, and the influence of the size of the quick reducing valve throttling port on the bulldozer lifting system was analyzed. The influence of the fast drop valve on the blade lifting time of bulldozer was measured by experiments. The relationship between the hydraulic flow rate and the experimental data was analyzed, which provided the support for the design and improvement of the drop valve.
