刚察县河流年径流量22亿立方米,地下水储量约1亿立方米。至2004年底累计投资 2753万元,铺设地下人畜饮水管道251.2公里,修建农灌渠140公里,维修水坝6座,建机井28眼、泵站2座、土井665眼,解决了1.697万人和47.1万头(只)牲畜饮水问题。今后思路:围绕解决人畜饮水困难这一主题,突出抓好规划和管理,坚持兴利与除害、水利建设与生态建设、蓄引提和大中小工程相结合。
The annual runoff of rivers in Gangcha County is 2.2 billion cubic meters, and the reserve of groundwater is about 100 million cubic meters. By the end of 2004, a total investment of 27.53 million yuan was laid, 251.2 kilometers of underground drinking water pipelines were laid, 140 km of irrigation canals were built, 6 dams were repaired, 28 wells were built, 2 pumping stations and 665 wells were drilled, solving 169,700 people and 471,000 Head (only) livestock drinking problem. Future ideas: focus on solving the theme of drinking water for human and livestock problems, give prominence to planning and management, adhere to the Xing and eliminating harmful chemicals, water conservancy construction and ecological construction, storage and cited large and small projects.
