我厂生产的JB23-63型压力机中的调节螺杆、球头座、球头盖零件,要求球体部份接触面积不少于50%。为此设计了研磨专用装置(如图所示)。动力由电机(J02-12-4/T2,1380r/min,0.8kW)传给两级蜗轮减速箱(传动比是2/24×2/24),通过连接套使工件调节螺杆转动,其转速n=1380×2/24×2/24=9.6r/min。另一方面,曲拐与蜗轮减速箱的第一级传动相连,其转动通过接杆的作用,使摆动盘摆动。摆动速度v=1380×2/24=115次/min,摆动角α=0°~9°。工件球头盖、球头座用螺钉相连,可使两者
