焊接教育虽在我国高职院校开展数年,但是其教学质量劝差强人意。如何应对焊接教学质量提升的瓶颈,并对此制定出具有针对性的对策已成为当务之急。本文先是分析了高职焊接教学中存在的教师实践水平参差不一、教材内容选择不合理、焊接实习器材引进差强人意、学生外出实习效果差等教学瓶颈和问题,基于此提出了培养“专兼结合”的“双师型”教学团队、构建理论与实践相结合的课程体系、建设多功能的高水平实训基地、加强校企联合等教学改革对策。
Although welding education in our country to carry out a few years of higher vocational colleges, but its persuasive teaching quality unsatisfactory. How to deal with the bottleneck of welding teaching quality improvement and to formulate a targeted countermeasure has become a top priority. This article firstly analyzes the teaching bottlenecks and problems existing in the teaching of welding in higher vocational colleges, such as different levels of teachers’ practice, unreasonable selection of teaching materials, unsatisfactory introduction of welding internship equipment, poor effect of student internship and so on. Based on this, In combination with the teaching team of “double-qualified teachers”, a curriculum system combining theory with practice is constructed, a multi-functional and high-level training base is established, and teaching reform measures such as joint school-enterprise cooperation are strengthened.
