当前我省广大棉区棉花植保形势大好。各级党委贯彻了“以粮为纲,全面发展”的方针,贯彻了“以防为主,防治并举,土洋结合,经济有效”的植保工作方针。棉区轰轰烈烈地开展了群测、群报,群防、群治工作,普遍把害虫压得很轻。基本上做到了无红叶、无破叶、无烂叶、无卷叶,蕾、花、铃没有遭受虫害,脱落较少。我们必须认清形势,狠抓路线教育,继续抓好蕾铃期棉虫防治工作,夺取棉花大丰收。
