我车间使用燃油翻转化铜炉。其主要优点是铜水不用舀子舀,只要拨动翻转手轮即可倒出,但在往外倒铜水时,铜水包需随着炉咀移动。如果倒大活,吊包可以用吊车控制移动,可是用手端包倒小活就较费劲。为了解决这个问题,我们做了如图的装置,只要把手端包往吊盘上一放,倒满铜水,即可端走,大大减轻了体力劳动。图中件1是焊在炉体上的,当用吊包接铜水
My shop uses a fuel flip copper stove.
