培养优秀的大学生共产党员是高校党建工作重点,也是培养优秀人才充当党的接班人的重要途径。作为党建工作者要明确对党员的培养目标,帮助大学生端正入党动机,用健康的思想和积极的态度迎接党和人民的考验,成为优秀的共产党员。党建工作要明确工作目标,探究更适合学生发展的工作方法,促进学生和自身不断进步,在工作中寻找方法,积累经验。在大学生党建工作中要结合生活实际,积极组织学生活动,了解学生实际需求,锻炼学生的社会生活能力,积极开展工作。
Cultivating excellent college student communists is the key point of the party building in colleges and universities and an important way to cultivate talented people to serve as the successors of the party. As a party-building worker, we must clearly define the training objectives for party members, help them to motivate their party members correctly, and adopt healthy thinking and a positive attitude to meet the test of the party and the people and become outstanding communists. The work of party building should clearly define the objectives of the work, explore ways of working more suitable for the development of students, promote the continuous improvement of students and themselves, find ways and accumulate experiences in their work. In the party construction work of university students, we should combine the actual conditions of life, actively organize student activities, understand the actual needs of students, develop students’ social life skills, and actively carry out their work.
