吲哚拉新(Inclolacin)系吲哚芳香基乙酸衍生物,具有较强的消炎、镇痛和解热作用.由于吲哚拉新生物半衰期短,在治疗过程中需一日多次给药而给病人带来不便,另外有些病人服用普通胶囊剂后,因血浓波动大,而引起胃肠道不适及神经系统等付作用,常使患者中断治疗.为克服上述缺陷,有必要进行控释剂型的研制,以期达到延长疗效、稳定血浓、改善副作用的目的.本研究的剂型为控释片,现介绍如下.
