在毛主席的革命路线指引下,我厂广大职工针对目前我省小型化肥厂中计量氨水劳动强度大、工效低等问题,自行设计并制造了 JSAL-1型数字式氨水流量计,经费县化肥厂等单位实际使用,性能良好,计量氨水产量及时准确,并能进行定量灌输,操作简便,从而大大提高了工效,减轻了劳动强度。JSAL-1型数字式氨水流量计是由涡轮变送器和电子计数器组成,其基本原理是:涡轮转数与氨水累积流量成正比,因此,记录掠过磁头的涡轮叶片数,即可知氨水的流量。其方框原理图见下图
Guided by Chairman Mao’s revolutionary line, a large number of workers and staff of our factory have designed and manufactured the JSAL-1 Digital Ammonia Flowmeter in view of the laboriousness and inefficiencies of ammonia metering in small-scale fertilizer factories in our province. Factories and other units in actual use, good performance, timely and accurate measurement of ammonia production, and quantitative infuse, easy to operate, thereby greatly improving the work efficiency and reduce labor intensity. JSAL-1 digital ammonia flow meter is composed of turbine transmitters and electronic counters, the basic principle is: the number of turbine revolutions and ammonia cumulative flow is proportional to the number of turbine blades brushing head, you can see the ammonia flow.
