The Seventh Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee highly appraised the tremendous achievements made by China in its reform and opening up. We will continue to unswervingly carry out the policy of reform and opening up in the future. This is the key to implementing the next 10-year plan and the “August 5” plan and fully implementing the party’s various principles and policies of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.
