With the ever-changing global economy, especially with the development of information technology, business response speed is getting faster and faster, and enterprises are making progress toward real-time response. In 2002, the world's leading IT consulting firm, Gartner (USA) proposed the concept of RTE (Real Time Enterprise) and pointed out that this is the future direction for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. RTE is in what context? The exact meaning of what? For the current business, what needs to be done to become a RTE?
