科技创新不仅是企业战胜危机的法宝,更决定着我国经济调整、转型升级的成败。国务院总理李克强在十二届全国人大二次会议上作政府工作报告时说,今年要以创新支撑和引领经济结构优化升级。要把创新摆在国家发展全局的核心位置,促进科技与经济社会发展紧密结合,推动我国产业向全球价值链高端跃升。科技部部长万钢则表示,科技正在促进经济转型发展。当前我国经济正处于转型发展的关键时刻,提高经济的质量和效益,必须要以科技创新、技术进步为动力。

Wan Gang, Minister of Science and Technology, said science and technology are promoting economic restructuring and development. At present, China’s economy is at a crucial moment of its transformation and development. Improving the quality and efficiency of the economy must rely on technological innovation and technological progress.
