根据产品专业技术的要求,采用新标准和法定计量单位,是各行各业提高产品质量的先决条件,也是产品开发、升级、换代、创优、获国家产品金银质奖的必由之路,更是产品赶超国内外先进科技水平的重要途径。本文以液氯、液氨钢质焊接气瓶为例,概述了自贡市轻工机械厂采用新标准和法定计量单位设计两种气瓶产品的情况,并对所运用的主要新标准及法定计量单位作了介绍。最后,笔者对新设计后所能起到的作用作了较全面的的论述,以期从事制盐、盐化工及设备产品设计与开发的广大企、事业单位,能从中获得有益的启示。
