日本营养学家认为,人类将以一日四餐取代目前的一日三餐。 大阪大学蛋白质研究所一位教授认为,人体葡萄糖主要是储藏在肝脏内。作为人脑的能源一天要消耗120克葡萄糖,肌肉每天要消耗80克葡萄糖。所以,人体肝脏每天需要补给200克葡萄糖。而一般一餐补给肝脏的葡萄糖是60,一日三餐只能基本保障肝脏对大脑所需能源的供给。随着信息化社会的到来,人们将更多地使用大脑,要增加葡萄糖的营养成分,自然会逐步进入一日四餐的时代。
Japanese nutritionists believe that humans will replace the current three meals a day, four meals a day. A professor at the Institute of Proteins at Osaka University believes that human glucose is mainly stored in the liver. As a human brain energy consumes 120 grams of glucose a day, muscle consumes 80 grams of glucose a day. Therefore, the human liver needs to supply 200 grams of glucose daily. The general meal of liver glucose supply is 60, three meals a day can only basically protect the liver’s energy supply to the brain. With the advent of an information society, people will use their brains more. To increase the nutritional content of glucose, they will naturally gradually enter the era of four meals a day.
