一、全球采购策略随着本地生产成本日益上涨,不少企业为保持其产品的竞争力,积极进行国际采购。很多企业选择采购基地时,往往以成本为主要考虑因素,忽略了质量的监控。事实上,成功的全球采购策略并不止于寻找一个廉价生产基地。所谓全球采购策略包括指定哪些部件由特定供应商提供;安排哪些供应商专门供货给特定市场;更重要是结合全球资源进行产品研发,制造与营销(Kotabe和Murray,2004)。企业通过沿用全球采购策略,结合供应商的优势,提升自身的竞争力,使其货品不仅价廉而且物美,能够在芸芸国际竞争对手中突围而出,同时,企业能有效响应市场需求及掌握产品付运的时效性。因此,采用有效的全球采购策略对企业保持其国际竞争力至为重要。
I. Global Purchasing Strategy As local production costs are increasing, many companies actively pursue international procurement in order to maintain the competitiveness of their products. When many companies choose to purchase a base, they often consider cost as their main consideration, ignoring quality monitoring. In fact, a successful global sourcing strategy does not stop at finding a cheap production base. The so-called global procurement strategy includes specifying which components are to be provided by a particular supplier; which suppliers are to be specifically targeted for a particular market; more importantly, it is to combine global resources for product development, manufacturing, and marketing (Kotabe and Murray, 2004). By adopting global purchasing strategies and combining with the advantages of suppliers, the company enhances its competitiveness so that its products are not only cheap but also beautiful, and can stand out among its international competitors. At the same time, companies can effectively respond to market demands and master products. Delivery timeliness. Therefore, it is important for companies to maintain their international competitiveness by adopting an effective global procurement strategy.
