在本次授奖大会上,中国石油和化学工业联合会会长李勇武对当前行业科技发展面临的形势和存在问题进行了剖析,并指明了2015年行业科技创新工作的重点。2015年是我国实施“十二五”规划的收官之年,也是行业加快调结构、转方式至关重要的一年,行业的科技创新工作要在技术改造推进传统产业转型升级、攻关重大关键技术培育战略性新兴产业等方面加大力度。
At the awards ceremony, Li Yongwu, president of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, conducted an analysis of the current situation and existing problems in the development of science and technology in the industry and pointed out the key points of the 2015 industrial technological innovation. 2015 is the final year for China’s implementation of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, and it is also a crucial year for the industry to speed up its restructuring and transformation.
