为更好地培育、发展和完善全省石化产品市场,满足全省工农业生产及各项事业发展的需要,现就大庆石油化工市场(以下简称市场)的运输政策和加强全省石化产品运输管理问题,特作如下通知:一、赋予大庆石油化工产品市场以下运输政策(一)进入市场交易成交的石化产品,统一由市场办理运输手续。(二)对使用自备车到非限制局的运输计划与装车,运输部门要优先予以审批和承运,并在数量上尽量予以保证。
