培养卓越法律人才是当前法学教育的目标,在此目标导向下,法律逻辑学教学改革势在必行。法律逻辑教学体制改革,依赖于相关部门和人员对法律逻辑在培养学生法律思维方面重要性认识。当下法律逻辑学没有充分发挥作为思维工具的教学现状源于自身发展不完善以及有关人员思想上对法律逻辑学不重视。法律逻辑教学改革仍以课堂教学为核心,在案例教学法基础上,灵活使用多种教学方法,但又不局限于课堂教学,必须延伸到准实践环节和实践环节。
Under the guidance of this goal, the reform of legal logic teaching is imperative to cultivate outstanding legal talents. Reform of legal logic teaching system relies on the understanding of the importance of legal logic in cultivating students’ legal thinking by relevant departments and personnel. At present, the status quo of legal education that has not been brought into full play as a thinking tool stems from the imperfect development of its own and the neglect of legal logic on the part of personnel concerned. The reform of legal logic teaching is still centered on classroom teaching. Based on the case teaching method, a variety of teaching methods are flexibly used, but not limited to classroom teaching and must be extended to quasi-practical and practical aspects.
