目的 :研究低磁场MRI增强对脑转移瘤的诊断价值。方法 :用GE 0 .2T开放型磁共振成像系统 ,在常规扫描后静脉快速推注GD -DTPA(0 .2ml/kg) ,选用T1 加权序列取相应的断面。结果 :5 2例中单发脑转移瘤 19例 ,多发脑转移瘤 3 3例 ,病灶发生在幕上 82个 ,幕下 3 6个 ,共检出转移病灶 118个。强化扫描较平扫多发现 5 3个。结论 :低磁场MRI增强对脑转移瘤的诊断是很敏感的。
Objective: To study the diagnostic value of enhanced MRI in brain metastases. Methods: The GE 0 .2T open magnetic resonance imaging system was used to rapidly inject GD-DTPA (0.2 ml / kg) intravenously into the vein after routine scanning. The T1-weighted sequence was used to select the corresponding sections. Results: Of the 52 cases, 19 were single brain metastases and 33 were multiple brain metastases. The lesions occurred in 82 on the screen and 36 on the screen, with 118 metastatic lesions detected. Intensive scanning scan more than 53 found. Conclusions: MRI enhancement of low magnetic field is sensitive to the diagnosis of brain metastases.
