2004年1月“西气东输”的天然气到达上海,为了进一步提高城市燃气管网科学决策、优化调度的技术管理水平,2003年6月,上海市燃气管理处与哈尔滨工业大学签订了合作开发上海市燃气负荷预测系统项目协议。该系统经历了2003年冬季和2004年春节高峰的运行试验,取得了较满意的结果。1
In January 2004, the natural gas from “West-East Gas Pipeline” arrived in Shanghai. In order to further improve the scientific decision-making of urban gas pipelines and optimize the technical management of dispatching, in June 2003, Shanghai Gas Management Office signed a cooperative development with Harbin Institute of Technology Shanghai Gas Load Forecast System Project Agreement. The system has undergone the operational tests of the winter peak in 2003 and the peak of Spring Festival in 2004, and achieved satisfactory results. 1
