翠苑新村三区是杭州市首次进行设计招标的小区,位于西湖区文一路西端,建筑面积约十四万平米。小区分三个组团,共五十一幢六层住宅和一幢十七层公寓,有大中小住宅二千四百九十六套。小区总体布局合理,三个组团富有变化,建筑造型新颖,单元组会灵活。特别是室内设计突破框框,客厅、厨房设有冷藏柜、吊柜和多层壁龛;卫生间采用坐式便器,并留有浴缸和双缸洗衣
Cuiyuan New Village is the first district in Hangzhou to be designed for tender. It is located at the west end of Wenyi Road in Xihu District and has a construction area of about 140,000 square meters. The three districts are divided into a small group of fifty-one six-storey houses and a seventeen-storey apartment building, with 2,496 large, medium, and small houses. The overall layout of the community is reasonable, three groups are full of changes, the architectural style is novel, and the unit group is flexible. In particular, the interior design breaks through the frame, the living room and kitchen are equipped with refrigerated cabinets, wall cabinets and multi-layer niches; the toilets use toilets, and there are bathtubs and twin-cylinder laundry
