新课程改革提出建立和形成旨在充分调动、发挥学生主体性的多样化学习方式,促进学生在教师指导下主动地、富有个性地学习,由此倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式。为了凸显学生的主体性,培养学生合作、交流的能力,合作学习被引入课堂,而小组合作学习则是最常采用的组织形式。然而,目前小组合作学习存在这样一些现象,比如:小组活动重视形式,缺乏实质的合作;学生的参与度不均衡;学生间的合作不够主动……因此笔者对小学数学教学中小组合作学习进行了再思考。
The new curriculum reform proposes to establish and form diversified learning methods aimed at fully mobilizing and giving play to the students ’subjectivity, and to promote students’ initiative and individual learning under the guidance of teachers, thus advocating autonomous, cooperative and exploratory learning styles.
