目的:探讨医院感染管理中细节护理管理模式的应用价值。方法:以医院2015年8月~2016年8月收治的住院患者300例为研究对象,将其随机分为给予细节护理管理的观察组150例和给予常规护理的对照组150例,对两组护理效果进行观察和比较。结果:护理干预后,观察组患者感染人数明显少于对照组,两组相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:对医院住院患者行细节护理管理,能大大减少医院感染患者人数,确保较高的护理满意度。
Objective: To explore the application value of the detail nursing management mode in nosocomial infection management. Methods: A total of 300 inpatients admitted from August 2015 to August 2016 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into two groups (150 cases in observation group with detail nursing management and 150 cases in control group with routine nursing care) Nursing effects were observed and compared. Results: After nursing intervention, the number of patients in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nursing detailed management of inpatients in hospital can greatly reduce the number of patients with nosocomial infections and ensure high satisfaction with nursing.
