随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的确立,在市场经济条件下,医院的运行受到周围市场环境的影响越来越大,财务管理作为医院管理的组成部分,科学的财务管理模式可以有效的提高医院的管理水平,提高医院的运行效率。从社会责任观的视角下,医院的财务管理是医院各个利益关系的聚集点,在复杂的市场环境下,加强医院财务管理可以有效的强化深灰责任意识,推动社会的和谐发展。因此,本文分析了医院社会责任的内容,并提出基于社会责任的医院财务管理模式创新措施。
