目的 观察UIHT 对淋巴细胞微核率及染色体畸变的影响。方法 随机抽取病例40 例,对同一病例在UIHT 治疗前、治疗5 次和10 次后分别采肘正中静脉血各1 次,经肝素抗凝,按常规微量全血培养制备并观察外周血淋巴细胞微核率及染色畸变的变化。结果 发现淋巴细胞微核率及染色体畸变在治疗前和治疗后随治疗次数的增加有升高趋势,但均在正常值的范围内,3组试验经统计学处理无显著性差异(P> 0.05) 。结论 UIHT 治疗疾病只能是一种诱变剂,可通过体内代谢诱发SCE,而对淋巴细胞微核率及染色体畸变无明显影响
Objective To observe the influence of UIHT on lymphocyte micronucleus rate and chromosome aberration. Methods A total of 40 cases were randomly selected. Before the treatment of UIHT, 5 times and 10 times of UIHT were taken in the same case. The median cubital vein blood was taken once and anticoagulated with heparin respectively. Peripheral blood lymphocytes Micronucleus rate and the change of dyeing distortion. The results showed that lymphocyte micronucleus rate and chromosome aberration increased with the increase of the number of treatment before and after treatment, but were within the range of normal values. There was no significant difference in statistical significance between the three groups (P> 0 .05). Conclusion The treatment of UIHT can only be a kind of mutagen, which can induce SCE through metabolism in vivo, but has no obvious effect on the micronucleus rate and chromosome aberration of lymphocytes
