为了推进中国与俄罗斯两国石油工业经济学的发展,增进中俄双方石油经济专家学者的相互了解和友谊,开拓双方石油经济学教学与科研合作的新领域,由中国石油天然气总公司规划设计总院及中国石油学会经济专业委员会等单位主办的中俄第一次石油工业经济学术交流会,于3月23日至31日在北京完成第一阶段交流活动之后,第二阶段会议于4月1日至6日移至我院继续举行。我院副院长杨正一教授主持了开幕式并致欢迎词.出席第二阶段学术交流会的俄罗斯学者有:俄罗斯石油天然气科学院经济学博士波诺玛辽娃教授,俄罗斯国立莫斯科古勃金石油天然气科技大学经济教研室主任杜纳耶夫教授,副博士柯利亚多夫副教授,俄罗斯海洋石油研究院法学研究室别尔奇柯教授;我方参加的学者有:江汉石油学院经济管理系主任张林祥教授,我院经济管理系陈效正教授,系主任
