中国(海南)改革发展研究院于2009年12月组织了“十二五”改革专家问卷调查,共回收有效问卷354份。其中,中央及地方党政机关专家占23%;高校及研究机构专家占67%;其他方面的专家(包括企业界人士)占10%。
In December 2009, China (Hainan) Institute of Reform and Development organized a questionnaire survey on “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” reform experts and collected 354 valid questionnaires. Among them, the central and local party and government experts accounted for 23%; University and research institutions accounted for 67% of experts; other aspects of the experts (including business people) accounted for 10%.
