目的:研究涿鹿蒿水煎剂和醇提物的体外抗菌作用。方法:采用试管稀释法测定水煎剂和醇提物对13种临床常见病原菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:涿鹿蒿提取物对10种细菌有不同程度的抗菌作用,而对3种真菌的抑菌效果较差。结论:涿鹿蒿提取物在体外对细菌有一定抑制作用。
Objective: To study the antibacterial effect of decoction and ethanol extract from Artemisia selengensis in vitro. Methods: The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of water decoction and ethanol extract against 13 common pathogenic bacteria was determined by tube dilution method. RESULTS: The extract of Artemisia selengensis had different degrees of antibacterial effect on 10 kinds of bacteria, but the antibacterial effect on 3 kinds of fungi was poor. Conclusion: Artemisia sinensis extract has a certain inhibitory effect on bacteria in vitro.
