质量低的教研活动多、乱、杂,这直接导致了参训教师积极性不高、培训效率低的现状。结合目前研修活动存在的“五重五轻”问题,根据高中化学研修活动中的实践研究总结了“一题多变”研修模式,通过聚焦问题,解决研究的深度(系统性)问题,为科学有效、系统开展区域研修活动及校本研修活动提供了一条适用的途径。
