目的探讨无负荷微型种植体对幼犬牙槽骨生长发育的影响。方法选用6只8~9个月龄的当地雄性幼犬,拔除下颌两侧的第一、二、三前磨牙和第三磨牙。8周愈合后,每条幼犬随机选用一侧下颌骨植入微型种植体为实验组,对侧下颌骨不植入种植体为对照组。单侧下颌骨分别垂直植入3枚、水平植入4枚微型钛钉种植体,6只幼犬共植入42枚种植体。9周后心内灌流固定处死幼犬,摘除下颌骨取材并拍摄X线片。在标本上和X线片测量四个部位及对照组对应牙槽骨的高度即垂直距离,在大体标本测量种植钉植入部位及对照组对应牙槽骨宽度即水平距离。结果下颌骨标本及X线片上的测量及统计学分析显示,实验组与对照组在垂直距离及水平距离的差值均无显著性差异(P>0.05);42枚微型种植体中36枚稳定,微型种植体成功率85.71%。结论无负荷微型钛钉种植体对幼犬牙槽骨的高度、宽度的发育无影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of no-load micro-implant on the growth and development of alveolar bone in young puppies. Methods Six local male puppies aged from 8 to 9 months were selected. The first, second and third premolars and the third molar on both sides of the mandible were removed. After 8 weeks of healing, each puppy randomly selected one side of the mandible implanted micro-implants for the experimental group, contralateral mandibular implantation implants as the control group. Three unilateral mandibular implants were implanted vertically, four miniature titanium implants implanted horizontally and 42 implants implanted. After 9 weeks, the puppies were fixed by perfusion in the heart and the mandibles were excised and radiographs were taken. In the specimen and the X-ray film measurement of four parts and the control group corresponding to the height of the alveolar bone that is the vertical distance, measured in the general implant placement of nail implants site and the control group corresponds to the alveolar bone width that horizontal distance. Results The measurement and statistical analysis of mandibular specimens and X-ray films showed that there was no significant difference between the vertical distance and the horizontal distance between the experimental group and the control group (P> 0.05). Among the 42 micro-implants, 36 were stable , Micro-implant success rate of 85.71%. Conclusion No-load mini-titanium implant has no effect on the height and width of alveolar bone in young puppies.
