在现场调研的前提下,利用Pro/E软件建立了钻杆联接装置的虚拟样机,并进行了装置的运动学仿真。钻杆联接装置理论上解决钻杆连接困难的问题,以减少螺旋钻杆联接时间,提高钻机的煤炭开采效率。
On the premise of on-the-spot investigation, a virtual prototype of the drill pipe coupling device was established by Pro / E software and the kinematics simulation of the device was carried out. The drill pipe coupling device theoretically solves the problem of difficult connection of the drill pipe so as to reduce the connection time of the auger pipe and improve the efficiency of the drilling of the coal.
