小肠上皮是辐射敏感组织,动物受照射后,隐窝细胞的增殖下降,DNA合成很快受到抑制。绒毛上皮得不到成熟隐窝细胞的补充,发生坏死和脱落。由于小肠隐窝细胞增殖能力很强,受损伤的细胞经过一段时间后,能较快地恢复增殖能力,进行分裂增生以补充肠绒毛,使小肠上皮得到修复。本文研究裂变中子照射后,小鼠上肠上皮损伤和修复的规律。材料和方法动物本院繁殖的LACA系雄性小鼠,日龄80天左右,体重27—31克。正常组15只动物,照后每组5只动物。

This article studies the law of injury and repair of intestinal epithelium in mice after fission neutron irradiation. MATERIALS AND METHODS Animals The LACA male mice that were bred in our hospital were about 80 days old and weighed 27-31 grams. 15 animals in the normal group and 5 animals in each group after the irradiation.
