1992年我国研制出伤寒Vi多糖菌苗,短期效果观察结果表明〔1,2〕,稳定性和安全性均比较好。为了解接种伤寒Vi多糖菌苗的长期效果,由国际疫苗研究所(InternationalVac cinelnstitute)DOMI项目组资助,我们在国内第一个伤寒Vi多糖菌苗大规模试验现场江苏宝应县进行了本项研究。结果
