站在新世纪的渡口 ,以江泽民同志为核心的第三代中央领导集体向广大法学工作者、法律工作者发出了进军令 :繁荣法学研究 ,推进依法治国。此时此刻 ,我们不仅为新千年的到来而欢喜 ,为山东法学的易名而兴奋 ,而且更为肩负神圣的使命而自豪和骄傲。航船已经扬帆 ,我们只能勇往直前 !在此 ,本刊特邀在庆祝中国法学会建会 50周年大会上受到表彰的杰出中青年法学家畅所欲言 ,谈一下学习中央领导题词的感想 ,并就新世纪法学研究的方向性问题作一展望。
