长期以来,我国城乡二元经济结构导致我国城乡居民之间存在收入差距较大、社会观念不同等问题,并且由此引发了其消费水平差距较大、消费结构差异较大等问题。近年来,党和国家始终将扩大居民消费尤其是扩大农村居民消费作为经济发展的重要目标。本文通过对比我国城乡居民消费结构的差异,找到我国农村消费在现阶段落后于城镇居民消费的主要原因,从而为提升我国农村消费提出有效的政策途径。
For a long time, the dual economic structure of urban and rural areas in our country led to the problems of large income gap and different social concepts among urban and rural residents in our country, and led to the problems of large discrepancy in consumption level and large differences in consumption structure. In recent years, the party and the country have always been expanding their consumption of residents, especially by expanding rural residents’ consumption, as an important goal of economic development. By comparing the differences in the consumption structure of urban and rural residents in China, this paper finds out the main reasons why the rural consumption lags behind the consumption of urban residents at this stage, and proposes an effective policy approach to enhance rural consumption in China.
