房产登记信息既是政府信息,又是私人信息。房产登记信息如何公开是理论和实践中的一个难点。本文通过比较和借鉴国外和我国香港地区的房产登记信息公开制度的成熟做法,提出我国房产登记信息公开应建立官员和普通个人两套系统、扩大查询主体和内容的范围、丰富查询方式等完善建议。
Property registration information is both government information, but also private information. How to open the real estate registration information is a difficult point in theory and practice. This article compares and draws lessons from the mature practice of the system of real estate registration information in foreign countries and in Hong Kong. It proposes that two systems of public officials and ordinary individuals should be established in order to open up real estate registration information in our country, expand the scope of the subject and content of inquiry, .
