文章针对目前我国高速公路动态称重收费系统使用中存在的问题,提出基于ETC的车辆动态称重系统。以称台前置的方案对现有收费车道进行改造,利用压电石英传感器阵列作为称重单元提高系统检测精度和车辆通行能力,应用串行通信和专用短程通信相结合的方式实现称重收费车辆数据的传输。对比目前高速公路应用的动态称重收费系统,基于ETC的车辆动态称重系统能够实现车辆准确称重收费和极大地提高高速公路通行能力的目标,具有广阔的应用前景。
In this paper, according to the problems existing in the use of toll charging system in expressway in our country, a dynamic weighing system based on ETC is proposed. Rebuild the existing toll lanes with the scheme of platform forerunner, and use the piezoelectric quartz sensor array as the weighing unit to improve the system detection precision and vehicle capacity. The application of serial communication and special short-range communication can realize weighing toll Transmission of vehicle data. Compared with the current dynamic weighing and tolling system used in expressways, ETC-based vehicle dynamic weighing system can achieve accurate weighing and charging of vehicles and greatly improve the expressway capacity. It has broad application prospects.
