经济增长方式从粗放型向集约型转变是世界各国经济发展的普遍规律。对于中国这样的发展中国家还面临赶超发达国家的艰巨使命，经济增长方式转变也就更具有现实的紧迫性和长期性。因而，适时对经济增长方式转变战略目标进行定位，选择适当的集约增长模式，是顺利实现经济增长方?
The transformation of the mode of economic growth from extensive mode to intensive mode is a universal law of economic development in all countries in the world. For such developing countries as China still faces the arduous task of catching up with the developed countries, the transformation of the mode of economic growth will become even more urgent and long-term reality. Therefore, it is timely to locate the strategic objective of transforming the mode of economic growth and to select an appropriate mode of intensive growth so as to achieve the goal of economic growth?
