幼儿园的教育和保育两者是相互渗透,相互联系的。下面谈一谈我是怎样做好保教结合的。 一、尊重保育员的劳动 以前我总认为:在幼儿一日生活中,环境卫生、生活护理等工作是保育员干的,与教育教学不相干,因此从不把它列入教育教学内容。通过学习《规程》,我认识到:保育工作是为幼儿创造一个清洁、卫生、舒适的生活、活动、学习的环境,是促使幼儿体、智、德、美全面发展的不可缺少的一部分。我过去对保育员工作认识太片面、太狭隘了。由此,我把认识保育工作列入教育教学汁划。通过有目的,有计划的引导,组织专门的教学活动,设计安排了一系列教育活动,
Kindergarten education and childcare are mutually infiltrated and interrelated. Here to talk about how I do a combination of education and education.
