本文认为,我国流通业应当具有产品质量专家担保者的身份,为此,政府应改善外部环境,流通企业应壮大自身实力,以确保产品质量专家担保职能的充分发挥。
This paper argues that the circulation industry in our country should have the identity of the guarantor of product quality experts. To this end, the government should improve the external environment and the circulation enterprises should strengthen their own strength so as to ensure the full play of the guarantee function of product quality experts.
