利用液态表面反应技术,在铸钢件表面原位生成5~6mm厚含有石墨和(Fe,Cr),C3的Fe-VC0.88表面复合材料。运用电子探针彼谱仪、XRD、SEM和光学显微镜等分析了表面复合材料的组织结构。性能检测结果表明,该表面复合材料具有较高的铸态硬度和非常好的耐磨性能。
The liquid surface reaction technology was used to produce Fe-VC0.88 surface composites with 5 ~ 6mm thick graphite and (Fe, Cr) and C3 in situ on the surface of cast steel. The structure of the surface composites was analyzed by electron probe spectrometer, XRD, SEM and optical microscope. Performance test results show that the surface composites have high as-cast hardness and very good wear resistance.
