中国《仪器仪表学报》第四届编委会(京津地区)第一次会议于1991年10月18日在北京召开。主编王润、副主编金国藩、许梅、黄俊钦、张万静及京津地区部分编委出席了会议。编委们听取了《学报》编辑部办刊工作汇报,并就如何提高学报质量和效益进行了讨论。编委们认为《仪器仪表学报》自创刊以来卓有成绩,为仪器仪表科技学术交流和提高作出了贡献。此《学报》是中国仪器仪表学会的高水平学术刊物,对学会的声誉至关重要,应全力办好。在当今科学技术是第一生产力的时代,中央提出把经济建设转移到依靠科技进步
China’s “Instrumentation” fourth editorial board (Beijing-Tianjin region) the first meeting was held in Beijing on October 18, 1991. Chief editor Wang Run, associate editor Jin Guofan, Xu Mei, Huang Junqin, Zhang Wanjing and some editorial board members attended the meeting. The editorial board listened to the report of the editorial department of “Journal” and discussed how to improve the quality and effectiveness of the journal. Editors believe that “Journal of Instrumentation,” since the start of outstanding achievements in scientific instruments for academic exchanges and enhance the contribution made. This “Journal” is a high-level academic journal of China Society for Instrumentation, which is crucial to the reputation of the society and should be fully run. In the era when science and technology are now the primary productive forces, the Central Government has proposed to shift economic construction to rely on scientific and technological progress
